Crate every machine individually and you build 254 separate units — one footprint, one bag, one tracking number at a time. We inventoried, photographed, and engineered the load first.

Skids grouped by size, weight & plant zone:

  • Heavy items centered, bearers under the load

  • Small parts nested into shared, foam-lined crates

  • Out-of-gauge pieces isolated to dedicated flat-racks

  • Every item photo-manifested to its skid

130 fewer build units — roughly half the things to build, load, and track. Out-of-gauge equipment on 7 dedicated flat-racks — not 13. Consolidation keeps tall machines upright in shared skids, so only the true oversized pieces need specialized flat-rack equipment — the most expensive line on any ocean move.
